Feelings communication keyrings and mat - can be bought as a set or seperately (colour of keyrings may vary).   These items are designed to help anybody who has trouble expressing how they feel, whether they are non-verbal or get overwhelmed and find it hard to express themselves.  This could also  be used as a game to discuss and explore emotions further. For example, choose or point to an emotion. Practice that face in the mirror. Talk about what makes you feel that way.
